This offer is provided by YOULANDER OÜ, a private limited company (osaühing) under Estonian law, registered in the Estonian Commercial Register under no. 17029195, registered office Sepapaja tn 6, Lasnamäe linnaosa, 15551 Tallinn, Harju maakond, Estonia, VAT no. 2. Scope
These terms of sale apply to every order placed through the YOULANDER US payment link by a customer located in the United States ("the Client"). The offer is for businesses: by ordering, the Client confirms they are buying for business purposes. The Client confirms having read and accepted these terms before paying.
3. The offer — Business website
Design of a responsive business website; copywriting from the Client's brief; basic SEO (title and description tags, heading structure, structured data); publication on Hostinger hosting with HTTPS; 2 rounds of edits. Scope: up to 5 pages. Hosting: included for 12 months on YOULANDER's infrastructure (Hostinger); afterwards, renewal at a price communicated in advance, or free transfer of the site to a host of the Client's choice. Domain name: not included; registered by the Client in their own name, with our help. Excluded unless separately quoted: online store, online booking or payments, maintenance, recurring copywriting, advertising.
4. Price and payment
The price is US$799, paid once through a secure Stripe payment link and charged in US dollars. No EU (Estonian) VAT is charged to US business customers: the service is supplied to a business established outside the European Union (place of supply at the customer's location, Article 44 of Directive 2006/112/EC). Any currency-conversion or card fees charged by the Client's own bank are the Client's responsibility. The contract is formed when payment is confirmed by e-mail. We never see your full card details.
5. Delivery time
The website is delivered within 72 business hours (Monday to Friday, excluding Estonian public holidays), counted from receipt of a complete brief (information and files), not from payment. The site goes live after the Client's approval or once the edit rounds are used.
6. Brief and Client obligations
After payment the Client completes the brief. The Client provides accurate, complete information and guarantees they hold the rights to the material supplied (texts, photos, logos, trademarks). The Client remains responsible for the accuracy of published information, for any license or registration details their trade requires them to display, and for checking deliverables before publication.
7. Excluded content and sectors
We decline orders for adult content, weapons, drugs, tobacco, vaping or CBD, gambling, therapeutic claims, speculative finance or crypto-assets, political content, counterfeits, hateful, defamatory, misleading or illegal content, and fake reviews or testimonials. Such orders are fully refunded before any work starts.
8. Edits
Two rounds of edits are included. A round is one grouped list of changes (text, images, colors) sent at once; a redesign of the structure is not an edit. Requests outside the initial brief (new pages, new activity) are quoted separately.
9. Cancellations and refunds
An order whose content we decline (section 7) is fully refunded before any work starts. If no brief is received within 30 days of payment and a reminder goes unanswered, the order may be closed; the Client then receives, at their choice, a credit valid 12 months or, on request, a refund minus a 10% handling fee. Refunds are made in US dollars to the original payment method through Stripe.
10. Rights in the deliverables
Once paid in full, the Client owns the content and design created specifically for them: YOULANDER assigns, worldwide and for the full term of protection, the rights to reproduce, display, adapt and modify them. Third-party elements (fonts, stock images, libraries) remain under their own licenses. Material supplied by the Client remains theirs. YOULANDER keeps ownership of its templates, methods and tools. Content generated with AI assistance may not be protected by copyright; to that extent YOULANDER grants the Client free use and claims no rights in the deliverables. We may list the project in our portfolio unless the Client objects by e-mail at any time.
11. Liability
YOULANDER undertakes to use reasonable care and skill. No commercial result (calls, sales, traffic, Google ranking) is guaranteed. To the extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the order concerned.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. The courts of Tallinn, Estonia, have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
