This website and the services offered on it are provided by YOULANDER OÜ, a private limited company (osaühing) under Estonian law, registered in the Estonian Commercial Register under no. 17029195, registered office Sepapaja tn 6, Lasnamäe linnaosa, 15551 Tallinn, Harju maakond, Estonia, VAT no. EE102758399, e-mail: contact@youlander.com ("YOULANDER", "we").
2. Scope
These terms apply to every order placed through this website by a business customer or, where permitted, a consumer ("the Client"). Our offer is designed for businesses. The Client confirms having read and accepted these terms before paying. Sections 9 (cancellation) and 13 (consumer disputes) apply only to consumers.
3. The offer — Business website
Design of a responsive business website; copywriting from the Client's brief; basic SEO (title and description tags, heading structure, structured data); publication on Hostinger hosting with HTTPS; 2 rounds of edits. Scope: up to 5 pages. Hosting: included for 12 months on YOULANDER's infrastructure (Hostinger); afterwards, renewal at a price communicated in advance, or free transfer of the site to a host of the Client's choice. Domain name: not included; bought by the Client in their own name, with our help. Excluded unless separately quoted: online shop, online booking or payments, maintenance, recurring copywriting, advertising.
4. Price, order and payment
Prices are shown in euros and exclude VAT. YOULANDER OÜ is VAT-registered in Estonia (EE102758399). For business clients established in another EU member state with a valid VAT number, the invoice is issued without VAT (reverse charge, Article 196 of Directive 2006/112/EC). In other cases, applicable VAT is added. Orders are paid through a secure Stripe payment link; the contract is formed when payment is confirmed by e-mail. We never see your full card details.
5. Delivery time
The website is delivered within 72 business hours (Monday to Friday, excluding Estonian public holidays), counted from receipt of a complete brief (information and files), not from payment. The site goes live after the Client's approval or once the edit rounds are used.
6. Brief and Client obligations
After payment the Client completes the brief. The Client provides accurate, complete information (including the legal details their own website must show) and guarantees they hold the rights to the material supplied (texts, photos, logos, trademarks). The Client remains responsible for the accuracy of published information and for checking deliverables before publication. If no brief is received within 30 days of payment and a reminder goes unanswered, the order may be closed; the Client then receives, at their choice, a credit valid 12 months or, on request, a refund minus a 10% handling fee.
7. Excluded content and sectors
We decline orders for adult content, weapons, drugs, tobacco, vaping or CBD, gambling, therapeutic claims, speculative finance or crypto-assets, political content, counterfeits, hateful, defamatory, misleading or illegal content, and fake reviews or testimonials. Such orders are fully refunded before any work starts.
8. Edits
Two rounds of edits are included. A round is one grouped list of changes (text, images, colours) sent at once; a redesign of the structure is not an edit. Requests outside the initial brief (new pages, new activity) are quoted separately.
9. Consumers: right of cancellation
If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you may cancel within 14 days of the contract without giving a reason, by sending a clear statement to contact@youlander.com. By submitting the brief and ticking the box provided, you expressly request that work starts before the end of that period and acknowledge that you lose the right to cancel once the service has been fully performed (Article 16(a) of Directive 2011/83/EU; for the UK, regulation 36 of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). If you cancel after work has started, you pay an amount proportionate to the work done. Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days.
10. Rights in the deliverables
Once paid in full, the Client owns the content and design created specifically for them: YOULANDER assigns, worldwide and for the full term of protection, the rights to reproduce, display, adapt and modify them. Third-party elements (fonts, stock images, libraries) remain under their own licences. Material supplied by the Client remains theirs. YOULANDER keeps ownership of its templates, methods and tools. Content generated with AI assistance may not be protected by copyright; to that extent YOULANDER grants the Client free use and claims no rights in the deliverables. We may list the project in our portfolio unless the Client objects by e-mail at any time.
11. Liability
YOULANDER undertakes to use reasonable care and skill. No commercial result (calls, sales, traffic, Google ranking) is guaranteed. Towards business clients, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the order concerned. Nothing in these terms limits statutory consumer rights.

13. Complaints
Send any complaint to contact@youlander.com; we reply within 15 days. EU consumers may use an out-of-court dispute body: in Estonia, the Consumer Disputes Committee (ttja.ee); for cross-border disputes, the European Consumer Centre of their country; official list: consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by Estonian law. For consumers, this choice does not remove the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of habitual residence (Article 6 of Regulation (EC) No 593/2008). For business clients, the courts of Tallinn, Estonia, have jurisdiction.
